FIVE DOCUMENTS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE ON COLLABORATION BETWEEN TAJIKISTAN AND THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES HAVE BEEN SIGNED
The official visit of Emomali Rakhmon, President of Tajikistan to the United Arab Emirates is going on.
On April 9 evening 5 documents of utmost importance have been signed on completing high-level formal talks.
Agreements on the cooperation in the spheres of economy, trade and engineering were signed by Gulomjon Boboev, Minister of Economy and Trade of Tajikistan, and Lubno al-Kosimi, UAE Minister of Economy.
Agreements on legal support in preventing crimes and on legal support in civil and commercial cases were signed by Bobojon Bobokhonov, Public Prosecutor of Tajikistan, and Mukhammad Nakhira az-Zokhiri, UAE Minister of Justice.
The Memorandum on mutual understanding between the Tajik National Bank and UAE Central Bank was signed by Murodali Alimardonov, President of the Tajik National Bank, and Mukhammad Ali ibn Zoid, President of the UAE Central Bank.
In the course of the meeting of Emomali Rakhmon, President of Tajikistan, with Abdulaziz al-Gurair, UAE Parliament Chairman, various issues on establishment of interparliamentary relations between the two countries and the role of the Governments in effective cooperation were discussed.
Emomali Rakhmon expressing his point of view on relations between the Tajik Majlisi Oli and the UAE United National Council mentioned, that these relations promised to be effective and of mutual benefit for both countries.
Abdulaziz al-Guraira called the above-mentioned relations an enforced act. Both of parts expressed their intention to develop and consolidate the interparliamentary relations.
On April 10 morning Emomali Rakhmon visited the vault of Sheikh Zoid ibn Sulton, UAE ex-president, and laid a wreath at the vault.
Then the Tajik President left for Dubai, which was a center of one of emirates.
There a meeting of Emomali Rakhmon with Mukhammad ibn Rashid, who was UAE Prime minister, Minister of Defense and Head of Dubai Emirate at the same time, took place.
In the course of the meeting different problems concerning maintenance and development of reciprocal economical cooperation were discussed.
It was noted, that Tajikistan had in its disposal corresponding political and legal basis for attracting Arab investments to various spheres of life in Tajikistan and numerous governmental and private institutions have got a splendid possibility for effective collaboration.
The participants exchanged their views on development of multilateral regional and international cooperation and underlined their intention to develop reciprocal relations.
